npcJoely: FiveM & RedM Ticket Support for Tebex Stores

-

We built Jump On Studios on a simple idea: ship great FiveM and RedM scripts that creators can rely on. But the more scripts you sell on Tebex, the more time you spend answering the same questions, hunting for transaction IDs, and digging through Discord threads that scrolled away days ago.

So we built something to fix it. Joely is a ticket support platform made specifically for Tebex creators selling on FiveM and RedM. We launched it in May, and it has shipped seventeen updates since: this article is kept up to date with what Joely does today.

Why supporting FiveM and RedM scripts on Discord doesn't scale

If you sell scripts on Tebex, you already know the routine. Support lives in Discord DMs and channels, and it works fine for the first few customers. Then it doesn't.

Threads scroll off. DMs pile up. There's no way to sort, prioritize, or track anything. A returning customer asks a follow-up and you start from zero because the old conversation is gone. Your team scrolls back through history instead of solving issues, and the same installation question gets answered for the tenth time.

The longer your store runs, the worse it gets. Discord is great for community, but it was never meant to be a ticket support system for a growing FiveM or RedM store.

Meet Joely: ticket support built for Tebex stores

Joely turns that chaos into a single organized workspace. Every ticket has a status, a priority, an assignee, internal notes, and a full history that stays linked to the customer, forever. Your filters follow you from the ticket list to the side panel, you see live which teammate is already on a ticket, and you can jump between tickets without losing your place.

One organized inbox: sort, filter, prioritize and assign every ticket.

You can manage one store or several from the same place, and nothing has to be installed on your FiveM or RedM server: Joely works with ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP, VORP, RSG, or no framework at all.

Automatic Tebex purchase verification

This is the part that saves the most time. Connect your Tebex store and Joely automatically verifies a customer's purchase the moment they open a ticket. No more asking for transaction IDs or screenshots.

You instantly see whether they own the script they're asking about, their transaction ID, the purchase date, and their full order history. A ticket can cover every package the customer bought, and the matching documentation sits in the ticket sidebar, ready to drop into a reply. Prefer to keep your Tebex keys away from any third party? The self-hosted Tebex bridge keeps them on your own server.

Get paid and deliver packages from the ticket

Support and sales often meet in the same conversation. From the ticket view you can issue or cancel coupons and gift cards, send a checkout link and see the payment land in the ticket, or give a package to a customer without ever opening Tebex.

A branded customer support portal

Give your customers a clean, branded portal where they can submit tickets tied directly to their purchases. They sign in with Cfx.re, pick the package they need help with, and you get all the context up front. The portal was fully redesigned this summer: customers see their packages with images, switch between your shops instantly, and follow their tickets in a chat built for phones. Theme it with your own colors and logo, and choose which packages appear, by category or store.

Your own bot on Discord

Your community already lives on Discord, so Joely meets them there. Customers get a DM every time your staff replies, and they can answer straight from that DM: the reply lands in the ticket. On the Team plan, those DMs come from your shop's own bot, with your name and avatar, instead of Joely's. Your team gets pinged on Discord the moment a ticket needs them, and a custom embed builder lets you promote your portal in any channel.

Let AI answer repetitive support questions

Teach Joely's AI your script documentation, README files, web pages, or past support replies. Import a whole documentation site in one go, attach knowledge to a single package, a category or an entire shop, and re-sync in one click when your docs change. A playground lets you test the assistant before your customers do.

The AI then answers common FiveM and RedM support questions like installation steps, configuration help, and known issues, 24/7, in your documentation's own words and in the customer's language. It shows the sources behind every answer, can read the screenshots customers attach, asks which package a ticket is about when it isn't sure, and hands the ticket to a human when it can't help.

Worried about losing control? The assistant is off until you enable it, approval mode lets you review and edit every draft before it's sent, and customers can rate its answers so you see which ones land.

Automate the rest with no-code workflows

Some tickets always go the same way. With workflows, you draw how a ticket should be handled once on a visual canvas, and every matching ticket after it handles itself. A workflow starts from what happens on a ticket (or from a slash command), can ask the customer a question and branch on the answer, let the AI reply, route the ticket to the right teammate, notify Discord or call your own tools through webhooks. Every plan gets the full builder: plans only differ by the number of monthly runs.

Everything else your support workflow needs

Joely is packed with the things a serious support workflow needs:

  • GitHub integration: turn a ticket or a single message into a GitHub issue, with several GitHub accounts per project. Tickets update themselves when the issue closes or a release ships.
  • CSAT surveys: automatically sent on resolution, with a dashboard for average scores and trends, and ratings posted to Discord.
  • Roles & permissions: custom roles built from granular permissions, so each team member only sees what they need.
  • Real-time everything: live messages, presence, typing indicators and instant status updates.
  • Translation: read any conversation in your language and translate your reply as you write (Team plan).
  • Security: two-factor authentication on every sign-in, connected accounts included, and EU hosting.
  • Built-in i18n: English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish out of the box.

Joely vs Ticket Tool vs Zendesk

Most creators come to Joely from one of two places: a Discord ticket bot like Ticket Tool, or a general helpdesk like Zendesk. Both can open tickets, but neither was built for selling on Tebex. Discord bots turn every ticket into a temporary channel and run into Discord's 500-channel cap, while helpdesks are designed for large CX teams and have no idea what Tebex or Cfx.re are.

Here's how the three stack up for a FiveM or RedM store:
